  • Located atop a picturesque hill facing the Bay of Bengal is the sprawling Kailasagiri Park.  At an altitude of 130 m, the Park gives you a panoramic view of the city and its beaches.
                 
                                 


                                  
  •  The entire area is illuminated at night and looks fantastic when viewed from the city below. The hill park extends for about 350 acres and is covered by tropical trees. 
                                                       


                                         
  • The park has several interesting attractions for its visitors.  Titanic Point has a beautiful viewpoint shaped to look like the famous Titanic ship and faces the Bay of Bengal. This attraction is extremely popular with youngsters.

  • Located at Bhimli (Bheemunipatnam), which comes under Visakhapatnam district, this beautiful beach attracts tourists from all parts of India. 
                                        
                                                     
  • It also offers an ideal site to take sun-bath, while getting salubrious tan. According to the folklores, the place derived its name from Bhima (one of the Pandavas), who killed Bakasura here.
